Terms of Submission

1. Eligibility. Submissions may be made by any individual or legal entity. However, all submissions are processed as private requests from individuals. By submitting, you confirm you have the authority to provide this information.
2. Right to Refuse. Rosterdeck reserves the right to decline publication of any company that violates site policies, ethical or moral standards, promotes illegal or unlawful activity, contains advertising or promotional content, or otherwise does not meet our community guidelines. Rosterdeck is under no obligation to provide justification for rejection.
3. Editorial Discretion. Rosterdeck may edit, shorten, or rewrite any company description to conform to our editorial style, factual accuracy standards, and portal guidelines. Submitted descriptions are treated as suggestions, not final content.
4. Automated Review. All submissions undergo AI-assisted review and may be filtered or rejected automatically based on predefined criteria. If you believe your submission was rejected in error, contact us at [email protected] with details — we will conduct a manual review. Please note that manual reviews do not guarantee acceptance.
5. AI Limitations. Our AI moderation system is continuously improving but may occasionally produce incorrect decisions. We appreciate your patience and respectful communication. Abusive or threatening messages directed at our team or systems will result in permanent exclusion from future submissions.
6. No Guarantees. Submission of a Get Listed request does not guarantee publication, nor does it create any binding obligation on the part of Rosterdeck. Listing decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the Rosterdeck editorial team.
