Croatia Gambling License (Ministry of Finance)

Published: August 1, 2026Updated: August 31, 2026
Croatia (Ministry of Finance)

The Croatia Gambling License allows operators to offer online casino and sports betting services. The market is regulated by the Ministry of Finance. The most unique aspect of the Croatian framework is that you cannot obtain a standalone online iGaming license. To legally run an online casino or digital sportsbook, an operator must possess a valid land-based concession within the country.
