The Timor-Leste offshore gaming license has been completely abolished and officially banned by the national government.Although the country made a major push to enter the international iGaming market, establishing a regulatory framework and issuing its first license, the experiment lasted only a few months. The Council of Ministers approved a sweeping resolution that annuled all issued permissions and placed a permanent freeze on any new applications.
